About Mano
Romain Fargette, who has created and operated restaurants/nightclubs concepts in the South of France for over 18 years met with Alexis Colletta - financial expert and entrepreneur - a few years back, and from then was born their vision to shatter the Fun Dining industry.
Visionary, they are opening their first two new concepts in Mayfair (London) with the intention to expand these two brands globally. The final piece of the puzzle to create this Brazilian fusion Japanese new concept was finding someone whose culinary vision would match that of the “manos” (brothers).
