About this space

Our main restaurant offers a sophisticated, enigmatic environment in which to enjoy our modern British menu. The glass frontage makes the space light and airy, and the Gin Distillery is a must-see for any of our diners looking for something a little different!

We have several semi-exclusive seating configurations which work perfectly for anyone looking to seat parties of various sizes; the plush furnishings, cool playlist and extensive cocktail list make it the perfect spot for a laid back brunch, long lunch, after-work cocktails or a dinner party.

The restaurant is a deceptively large space, and we can, therefore, offer several areas which work perfectly for our dining guests. Smaller groups are also welcome to book our two bar tables, and we can also cater for corporate drinks parties in the main restaurant area.

About 1751 Distillery, Bar & Kitchen

A warm welcome to 1751; the bar, restaurant and gin distillery near London Bridge where you can escape from the ordinary.

This contemporary restaurant not only offers delicious modern British food and an extensive cocktail menu, but also boasts its' own in-house gin distillery where all our house gin is produced.

Guests have the option of either dining in the large, open-plan restaurant (where you'll also be able to enjoy the theatre of the kitchen), or hire the Private Dining Room for groups of up to 10.

We are located within the Hilton Tower Bridge hotel.
