About this space
With floor to ceiling windows overlooking a bustling Dean Street our two meeting room spaces are ideal for board meetings, auditions, model castings, small workshops, receptions, presentations and seminars.
The Terrace Bar is our smaller meeting space 4 x 3 metres in size, capacity is up to eight. A flipchart and pens are available for use, and there is a separate waiting area adjacent to the room on the same floor.

Hires availabiltiy is dependant on the curated programme of Soho Theatre shows.
If you are an artist or producer and would like to bring a show to Soho please do not contact us through TagVenue.
Box Office services and promotional services are not available to hires clients, you will be responsible for managing your own guest list.
Hires clients are not permitted to use the Soho Theatre logo or branding.
We are in the congestion charge zone. Parking restrictions apply on Dean Street, if you require a parking bay there is a minimum 10 days' notice period to request a bay suspension via Westminster Council.
Hires are daytime*, private and industry events. Not for shows or events where tickets will be sold to the general public.
*the only evening availability we have is for Sundays, which is outside of the company's core business hours.
About Soho Theatre
If you’re looking for a unique venue, bang in the heart of central London, Soho Theatre is the perfect place for your event.
We have three performance spaces available for showcases, filming, conferences, press launches, lectures or company meetings – just metres from Oxford Street and Shaftesbury Avenue. Soho Upstairs is a black box studio, Soho Theatre our main auditorium with raked audience seating, and Soho Downstairs is our versatile cabaret bar.
Our two Meeting Rooms can accommodate 8 – 20 attendees, and are perfect for castings, board meetings and small workshops.
Availability for hires is worked around our busy programme of shows, meaning we don’t offer hires after 6pm or before 9am (10am on Sundays). Hires of the performance spaces are available any day of the week – programming dependent. As the building is generally closed on Sundays, the meeting rooms are not available on Sundays, unless booked in conjunction with a venue.
All our venues and meeting rooms have free Wi-Fi and are accessible via a lift or staircase.
Soho Theatre Bar is an airy, lively space for a welcome drink or an event reception, as well as a whole host of catering options sources from our local and national partners.
Unfortunately, dressing room facilities, Box Office services, and promotional services are not available to hires clients. We don’t offer hires for shows, so if you’d like to bring a show to Soho Theatre please check out our Submissions page and tell our artistic team about your work.
