Success comes in small, often unnoticeable incremental steps. My journey to get Charcoals where it is today has not been an easy one. Transforming the old place with its decor was a bold step in the right direction. I wanted to infuse the Indian cuisine with the homely feeling one gets when they are welcomed home by their family. Because that is how I've always seen my customers.
