• VIVE is located within a shared building. Please remain within the VIVE studio and designated areas during your booking and do not enter other studios, offices or communal areas unless specifically instructed.
• Please keep all studio doors closed during your booking to minimise noise travelling to other areas of the building.
• Music must be kept at a considerate volume at all times. The space is suitable for background music and low-volume classes, but loud music, heavy bass or amplified sound is not permitted.
• Please be respectful of other businesses and users within the building and keep noise to a minimum when entering, leaving and using communal areas.
• Only the agreed areas of the building may be used as part of your booking.
• Do not attach, tape, pin or fix anything to the walls, mirrors, floors or other surfaces without prior permission.
• Furniture and studio equipment may only be moved with care and must be returned to its original position after use.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building.
• No candles, incense, smoke machines, glitter, confetti or other materials that could damage the studio or trigger alarms.
• Any spills, breakages or damage to the studio or its equipment must be reported to VIVE as soon as possible.
• Please ensure all guests and attendees follow these rules throughout the booking.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
