-Food and beverages may only be consumed in designated areas. Complimentary tea, coffee, and water are provided.
-Any damage to the room, furniture, equipment, or facilities will be charged to the hirer.
-The Smart TV, whiteboard, and other equipment must be used responsibly and only for their intended purpose.
-Excessive noise that may disturb other occupants is not permitted.
-The maximum room capacity of 12 people must not be exceeded.
-The venue accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
-Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in accordance with the agreed booking terms.
-The venue reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund if these rules are breached.
-Emergency exits and fire safety procedures must be observed at all times.
