Situated inside Baltic Chambers on Wellington Street in central Glasgow, Room 1 provides a quiet, dedicated environment for counsellors, psychologists, and wellbeing coaches. You can bypass the commitment of a long-term commercial lease by reserving this private office on a flexible basis, starting from 90-minute intervals up to full-day blocks.

Interior & Setup
The layout is designed specifically for clinical and coaching work. Client seating consists of two forest-green velvet armchairs fitted with extra cushions for physical comfort, separated by a side table for holding intake paperwork. For the practitioner, the room includes a small administrative desk, a dedicated office chair, and complimentary WiFi access. If you need to map out concepts or psychoeducation models, a large glass-panel whiteboard is mounted on the wall, complete with markers and an eraser.

Pricing & Booking Structure
Reservations cost £15 per 90-minute window. We deliberately enforce this hour-and-a-half minimum to give practitioners a practical buffer. It provides exactly enough time to arrive, set up, conduct a standard 60-minute therapeutic hour, and finish clinical notes before the next practitioner takes over.
