Originally the Music Room within this former family home, the Sidney Room is a ground floor reception room, with ornate cornicing and original wooden floorboards that you can rent for your next intimate gathering, meeting, workshop or training session. Overlooking the medieval shops and inns of Preston Street, there is plenty of natural light and we can be on hand with refreshments too.

We can accommodate:

A 50% deposit of the room hire amount is required to confirm the booking.
The final balance is due 30 days before the date of hire.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of the date of the hire will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations between 2 and 4 weeks before the date of the hire will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations 4 or more weeks before the booking will receive a full refund.
Weddings/large events may have different cancellation terms.
