About this space

It’s the largest hall for hire in the local area with a pretty adjacent walled garden so you can take the party outside too. We have a fully licensed bar and catering-sized kitchen linked to The Gatefield Hall if you’re adding food and drink to the party proceedings.

Large Hall (17m x 14m) with high vaulted ceiling. Flexible space, can be set up theatre style, cabaret or banqueting.
Capacity is up to 300 standing, 240 theatre style, 160 cabaret style and 150-200 banqueting style.
Facilities available:- Tables (5' round banquet tables, 2' & 3' cabaret tables, 4' & 6' rectangular trestle tables) and chairs (280), drop-down projection screen, projector (available to hire), installed PA system with wireless microphones, flipcharts and whiteboards can be hired.

A 50% deposit of the room hire amount is required to confirm the booking.
The final balance is due 30 days before the date of hire.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of the date of the hire will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations between 2 and 4 weeks before the date of the hire will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations 4 or more weeks before the booking will receive a full refund.
Weddings/large events may have different cancellation terms.
