Hire our beautiful ground floor reception room, with its original Victorian features and wooden parquet flooring, overlooking the medieval shops and inns of Preston Street. Benefiting from lots of natural light, this is an inspiring room to host your next meetings, workshop or training class and it is also licensed for weddings if you are looking for a more intimate ceremony. It also has the luxury (and additional quirk) of being directly connected to the Mayor’s Parlour, via a lifting partition wall, if you’d like more space and an additional talking point.

A 50% deposit of the room hire amount is required to confirm the booking.
The final balance is due 30 days before the date of hire.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of the date of the hire will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations between 2 and 4 weeks before the date of the hire will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations 4 or more weeks before the booking will receive a full refund.
Weddings/large events may have different cancellation terms.
