The Old Railway Cutting is an outdoor former railway cutting centred on a historic iron railway bridge, characterised by a narrow, wooded corridor that creates a sheltered natural event space.

Design: The site has steep, vegetated walls and a ground surface of compacted earth and leaf litter that produces dappled natural light and an enclosed, canyon-like feel. The space contains simple, utilitarian fittings such as timber benches and folding tables and can accommodate temporary overhead shelter.

Features: The venue has a step-free entrance and ground-level access. The venue permits own music and BYO DJs subject to a site noise restriction. The venue provides basic outdoor seating, a designated area for controlled fires or braziers, and rigging points for temporary tarpaulins to create overhead shelter.
