Brewery at Mad Dog Brewery Co. Taproom - Cardiff
About this space
A spacious industrial taproom centred on long communal timber benches and a flexible, open layout.
Design: The interior pairs exposed brick walls, a polished aggregate floor and a high, dark-painted ceiling punctuated by rows of pendant and track lighting. The timber-fronted bar and metal pipe fixtures create a pared-back, industrial look.
Features: The venue provides a full-service bar with multiple keg taps and beer flights, a PA system and the option to play a supplied playlist or a live DJ. The venue also includes air conditioning, venue Wi‑Fi, natural daylight and a step-free guest entrance with wheelchair access.
Ideal for: Groups seeking a relaxed, social drinks-led gathering or an informal seated tasting.
What sets it apart: Guided brewery tours provide behind-the-scenes access to the venue's production area.
What guests say: The taproom has a strong reputation for a wide beer selection and knowledgeable staff. The space is calmer than busier local competitors and supports beer sampling via flights.
