A flexible meeting room that can be split into 3 spaces, the meeting space can hold up to X delegates with High spec drop down screen and NEC ceiling mounted projector with both ClickShare and HDMI connection. The room is complete with built in Bose surround sound and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also built in wall power points with USB socket, natural daylight and individually air conditioning.

Cancellation policy

Standard 60 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 60 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 60 days and 30 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.

Cancellations submitted less than 30 days before the event start time are not refundable.
