I loved The old Library, it was the perfect venue for our Wedding. It’s spacious, has beautiful windows and High ceilings and is a blank canvas to do what you want with to suit your style. I can’t praise the staff enough! The moment I met Rebecca she made me feel at ease,Rebecca was so helpful pointing me in the right direction of how the day could flow. I didn’t have a clue so her guidance was invaluable to me. Rebecca followed up with another two meetings and was so professional. The big day finally arrived Friday 30th May and it was everything I dreamt of and more. Everyone has different ideas of how their day will be with the Old Library you can make that happen. We had a twilight wedding at 5pm and went straight into our reception. I brought two vendors in to decorate the venue and it looked absolutely stunning. I had West Midlands Jerk centre set up a marquee outside for my food. This went down a storm. There is a charge for bringing in your own catering company, but the venue is reasonably priced so it didn’t feel too bad. Some venues won’t let you bring other caterers in so being able to have options and choose who you want I think is another great thing about The Old Library. They also are able to provide food and have many packages available! There is disabled access and a well stocked bar. There is nothing I would change about the Venue or my day, it was the most special day ever, and all I want to do is do it all again next week. I payed a registrar to come in and marry us at the Old Library and loved the fact that there was no messing around going from one venue to another. Everything went seamless, and Rebecca had a big part to play in this she is so good at her job and such a credit to the Venue. The communication was kept throughout the day and when it came to 10pm Rebecca came to tell me she was leaving and handed me over to Emily. I must admit this panicked me as Emily was a young girl in comparison and I had not met her prior. Well I also can’t sing Emily’s praises enough, she was truly fabulous to. Nothing was to much trouble for either of them and I honestly can’t thank you lovely ladies enough ❤️

Staff were amazing, very friendly especially markel and Dan. The food was beautiful and great size to no one went hungry or complained which is a bonus especially when trying to please so many people. Music was great suitable for everyone who attended. The room was decorated just as I had asked. Our day was perfect.

Loved every moment ❤️ We had our wedding reception for our city elopement Super communicative- responded quickly to all emails. Was happy to give us advice on what would work best with the room. Gave us food and DJ options for us to cboose from. Allowed us to come in on the morning to decorate the room. Staff were amazing and friendly went the extra mile to help us with drinks -kindly got tea for our 96 yo grandma ❤️ Security were amazing and always checked we and guests were ok. Night was perfect and staff kindly took our decorations down for us and stored them over night
