Studio1 is a new Creative Hub with 2 large, beautiful studio spaces in the inner south suburb of Yeerongpilly. Our event/studio spaces have world class sprung dance floors, mirrors, ample parking and a cool, contemporary warehouse style venue.
From our gorgeous light filled, maple floor studio, to our chic Blackbox industrial style warehouse space, transform our spaces to suit your needs! Studio spaces are perfect for - Rehearsal studio, Workshop space, Photography and Video shoots, Webinar/Podcast + Video Blog recordings, Conferences, Business meetings, Functions, Parties and Celebratory Events. Break out spaces and kitchenette also available.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 12 months from the original date, at no cost.

- Bringing your own catering/food is allowed
- Refreshments for guests are offered
- Bringing your own alcohol is allowed
- Free parking is available on-site
- Free on-street parking is available
