Staff are excellent and friendly, also very supportive. Truly a stunning location built in an age where timeless quality still matterred.
Everything is a little too good quality, you feel like you need to tiptoe to make sure nothing gets damaged haha. Not really a negative, but yes, something to be mindful of.
This is a lovely boutique experience in the heart of the city. A perfect space to get away from the office whilst maintaining a professional environment.
Pleasant environment. Room provided adequate room and equipment.
Catering did not provide the full Gluten free options for morning tea. (nil provided) lunch was provided late for the gluten free option. No afternoon tea that was available other than fruit. No orientation to the room. IE cold room until we asked for the air conditioning to be put on. No fire drill information provided. Noise from outside of venue at times was too loud.
Very helpful dialogue
