The Cellar is our underground private function room with a moody, intimate vibe. It is perfect for live performances, private dinners, or small-scale celebrations. It holds approximately 45 guests seated.
Exposed stone walls, warm lighting, and a built-in stage create a unique setting for comedy nights, team events, or birthday celebrations. The space includes flexible table setups and private bar access. Personal music and entertainment are permitted exclusively with private hire.

Host rules
Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposit amounts vary by location and season. Deposits go toward the minimum spend.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 14 working days before the event may receive a credit valid for three months, subject to availability. No credit is issued for cancellations within 14 working days. Raven may cancel or move events due to uncontrollable circumstances.
Food and Beverage
Final food and drink selections and guest numbers must be confirmed two weeks before the event. All items are subject to availability. No outside food or drinks allowed, except celebration cakes with notice.
Music and Entertainment
Private function bookings may bring their own music. All other areas use venue-supplied entertainment.
Minors
Minors must be approved by the Function Manager and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They must leave by 9:30 pm and check in with a Manager on arrival.
Loss or Damage
Raven is not responsible for lost or damaged property. All belongings must be removed at the end of the event or the next day. Clients are liable for any damage to the venue or hired equipment.
BYO Policy
No outside food or drink is permitted. Specialty cakes are allowed with prior notice.
