A compact, carpeted meeting room finished in neutral tones and fitted with an acoustic tiled ceiling and recessed lighting. A central rectangular table and ergonomic office chairs form a simple, uncluttered working area.

Room features: Audio-visual and remote-participant needs are supported by a wall-mounted flatscreen, integrated conference-call facilities and a PA/speaker system. Air conditioning maintains a controlled temperature and a wall-mounted whiteboard is provided for on-site collaboration.

Best for: Focused small-group discussions, client consultations and board-style meetings are the most appropriate uses.

What sets it apart: A full-height sliding glazed partition separates the room from the corridor, allowing privacy when required while retaining the option for visual connection.

4. Dishwashers are available in the kitchen and cafe bar areas to place used kitchenware.
5. Our reception and kitchen areas are shared spaces; we have many other tenants and their clients using these areas. Please keep noise levels to a minimum in these spaces.
6. Reception staff reserve the right to ask guests to leave the area if noise disruptions occur.

The office space provided the requirements of our purpose. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The furnishings are low quality. While they worked for the short period we requried, they would not be suitable for longer meetings.
