About this space
A furnished creative studio with two sets of bifold doors that fold right back onto an open-air courtyard, so the studio and courtyard read as one space of nearly 80 sqm with strong north-west afternoon light.
The studio is a single open room of about 43 sqm with nothing fixed in the middle of the floor. The tables are on wheels, so a long communal table, a circle or a cleared floor takes a couple of minutes, and it is easy to set up your way. The ceiling is around 4.5 metres, the floor is polished concrete and the walls are glazed tile, so paint, clay and mess are genuinely fine here.
Great for art and craft workshops, creative classes, team planning days, wellbeing sessions, natural light content shoots and small celebrations. Seats 24 at tables, or up to 50 standing across the studio and courtyard. Kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, wine fridge and microwave, air conditioning, free WiFi and power in the floor and walls. BYO food and drinks welcome. Ground floor with level access; toilets are in the main building, reached with a fob provided for your booking.
The studio is unstaffed: you get a PIN for self-access and set up and pack down within your booked time. Art materials and easels are not included.

Host rules
• Maximum 24 people seated, or 50 standing across the studio and courtyard.
• The studio is unstaffed. Setup and pack down must happen within your booked time, and you are responsible for your group while on site.
• All bookings must finish by 10pm. Keep music at a level that will not carry to the residential neighbours, particularly with the bifold doors open.
• No candles, naked flames, incense, smoke or haze machines without our written approval. The building has a monitored fire alarm.
• Nothing is to be attached to the walls, ceiling, glazing or doors, including tape, hooks and pins.
• BYO food and alcohol is welcome. Alcohol cannot be sold, including as part of a ticket price, and must never be served to anyone under 18.
• Leave the studio as you found it: wipe the tables, reset the furniture, turn off the lights and air conditioning, and take rubbish to the bins in the car park.
• Return the studio key and building fob to the keybox when you leave.
• Damage beyond normal use will be charged.
• Art materials and easels are not included in hire.
• The space cannot be sub-let or transferred to another group.
