• Any damage caused to the venue, furniture, fixtures, or equipment during the booking will be charged to the booking holder
• Furniture and venue layout must not be altered without prior approval from venue staff
• Children under 18 years of age must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or service in accordance with responsible service of alcohol requirements
• Access is limited to the reserved area and shared venue facilities unless otherwise agreed
