At Repose, our spaces are designed to inspire movement, connection, and wellbeing. To ensure every hirer and their guests enjoy a safe, respectful, and seamless experience, we ask all studio users to follow these guidelines:
General Guidelines (apply to all studios)
Respect the space: treat the studios, equipment, and furnishings with care.
All bookings must be made in advance and include set-up and pack-down time.
Spaces must be left clean, tidy, and in their original condition.
Only approved activities that align with health, wellness, movement, or creative practices may take place.
Noise should be kept at a considerate level; please be mindful of concurrent classes.
Hirers are responsible for their own insurance, client management, and safety during sessions.
Any damage, incidents, or issues must be reported immediately.
Barre Studio
Use only non-marking footwear (socks, ballet slippers, or clean sneakers).
Mirrors and barres must not be leaned on excessively or used for non-movement purposes.
External equipment may be brought in but must not damage flooring or walls.
Reformer Studio
Reformers and props may only be used under supervision of qualified instructors.
Please clean all equipment with provided wipes after use.
No food or drink (except water bottles) is permitted in the studio.
Personal Training Studio
Suitable for private sessions and small groups only.
External equipment may be brought in, provided it does not damage flooring or walls.
All weights and props must be returned neatly after use.
Cancellation policy: Very flexible
