• The person who is making the booking must have Public Liability insurance up to $10,000,000.
• For cancellations in the event of a government-mandated COVID lockdown, all efforts will be made to reschedule. Should it not be possible, a full refund will be made.
• At this stage, we do not require proof of vaccination record, although we ask that if you are unwell please reschedule your booking.
• Heritage on 5th is to be left in the same state as it was upon arrival. Any damage or cleaning may incur extra costs.
• No pets (unless agreed prior with the owner).
• No parties or events (unless agreed prior with the owner).
• No smoking inside the building.
• Do not enter any rooms that have not been agreed to with the owner.
• The owner reserves the right to be at the premise for the entire duration of the booking.
• As Heritage on 5th is a family home, please ensure you finish on time so that the family can return to normal family life. Running overtime may incur extra charges.
• Parking is limited, only 3 cars are permitted on the property & all other vehicles will park at the overflow parking 4 mins walk away.
• Complimentary water, tea & coffee will be made available to your team - if you require additional refreshments, we welcome outside catering.
• Heritage on 5th is a family home of peace & love - we ask that you respect our home as you would yours.
• We have a zero-tolerance for illicit drugs, intoxicated or violent behaviour.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
