Vee our party host was excellent and accommodating to anything we asked for, very helpful. Also the we loved the atmosphere, venue and the rooms, had a great feel to it.
We booked the pool room but weren't informed that we had to pay to use the pool table, we thought it would have been included in the booking. The pizzas advertised as slabs with 24 pieces per slab, were tiny and thin any every one was still hungry after they were all gone, we would've ordered more if we knew they were that thin and small. Also the security guards at the door need to do better, we walked out to put the balloons, cake, and gifts etc in the car, we informed them we would put some stuff in the car and be back, they said sure. Went to the car came back and they didn't want to let us back in! Our bags were inside, it's my daughter's 21st and I'm 49 years old! Pathetic
