Whole Venue at Wonder Studios
About this space
Book this and you get the whole warehouse to yourself for the night. No shared bar, no other party in the corner.
What comes with the room:
- The crew. Bar staff, kitchen and floor are included, plus a robot fleet that greets your guests, runs food and drinks to the table and gives everyone something to talk about.
- The kitchen. Deep fryers, boilers and a wood-fired steak oven on site. You pick a package per head and we cook it here, from hot doughnuts and pastries for a morning session to canapes, a seated dinner or a seven-course chef's table.
- A full licensed bar, staffed, with drinks packages instead of a tab you have to watch all night.
- LED wall, sound and lighting already in the room and set up by our crew for your slides, showreel or playlist.
- Booths, long tables and open floor, set to your layout: eighty standing or fifty seated.
- Four hours in the room as standard, early bump-in by arrangement, and one contact from enquiry through to pack-down.
The room itself is a heritage-listed warehouse in Fortitude Valley - high ceilings, white brick, glass frontage onto St Pauls Terrace - five minutes from the Valley and Newstead.
Works for launches, team offsites and workshops, client dinners, birthdays and Christmas parties, film and photo shoots, and school groups.

BOOKING AND ACCESS
The booking covers the hired room and the agreed hours. Please finish and be out by the agreed time; extra hours and early bump-in need to be arranged with us in advance.
Guest numbers must not exceed the capacity agreed for your booking (80 standing, 50 seated).
Deliveries, suppliers and decorations are to be agreed with us beforehand, and anything brought in goes out at the end of the night.
LOOKING AFTER THE SPACE
The organiser is responsible for their guests and for any damage caused during the booking. Damage, breakages and excessive mess are charged at cost, including any specialist cleaning or repair.
Nothing is to be taped, pinned, nailed or stuck to walls, floors, windows or fixtures. No confetti, glitter, smoke machines, candles or open flame.
Please do not move, unplug or rewire studio, AV or lighting equipment. Tell our crew what you need and we will set it up for you.
Kitchen, bar and production areas are for our staff only.
ROBOTS
The robots are working machines and stay under our control. Do not climb on, lean on, push or block them, and keep walkways clear so they can move. Damage to a robot is charged at repair or replacement cost.
FOOD AND DRINK
Food and drink are supplied by our kitchen and bar. No BYO food or alcohol.
Alcohol is served by our staff under our licence and in line with responsible service. We can ask for ID, refuse service, and ask anyone intoxicated or aggressive to leave.
EVERYONE ELSE
Guests under 18 are welcome for daytime and school bookings and must be supervised at all times.
Keep noise to the level our crew asks for, especially late and when arriving or leaving. We have neighbours and a heritage building to look after.
No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building.
