About this space

Lawson 1 is a Function Room in Amora Hotel Brisbane. The room's defining quality is a neutral, adaptable layout that acts as a blank canvas for formal meetings and presentations.

Design: The interior features a modern hotel palette of beige and grey, patterned carpet and full-height curtains. The ceiling height and even overhead lighting produce an uncluttered, practical environment.

Features: The room includes Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. A resident PA system and speaker setup is available, and hosts may supply their own music or DJ subject to the venue's noise restrictions. The space provides step-free access, wheelchair-accessible toilets and natural daylight.

Ideal for: Corporate teams and professional groups are best suited to formal, seated meetings, training sessions or presentation-led gatherings.

What sets it apart: A bank of ceiling-mounted projectors and a large motorised projection screen are installed to support AV-led presentations and speaker-led sessions.
