STUDIO FLOOR RULES
1. Shoes off or covers on. No street shoes on the cyc. Shoe covers are at the door; wardrobe shoes are worn for the shot only, soles wiped first.
2. No dyes, paint, powder or mess without approval. This includes liquids, food, glitter, confetti, fake blood, haze and fog. Ask at least 48 hours ahead.
3. Lift, don't drag. Furniture, props, stands and cases are carried across the floor, never dragged.
4. No tape on the cyc. Only use the low-tack tape we supply, on the floor only.
5. Food and drink off the cyc. Lidded drinks only, kept in the lounge or desk area.
6. Leave it as you found it. Wipe marks with the kit provided, return gear to its place and take rubbish with you.
7. Report damage before you leave. Unreported damage, and any damage to equipment, is charged at full repair or replacement cost.
8. Paper backdrops are fair use. Colour paper rolls are included with every booking. Only roll out what you need; damaged or heavily used sections are cut and charged at cost.
FEES (inc GST)
• Cyc clean beyond a standard wipe: $165
• Repaint or repair: at cost, from $165
• Unapproved mess: full cost of cleaning and repaint, plus any lost bookings
Condition photos are taken before and after every booking.
GENERAL
• No smoking in the studio or building. No alcohol in the studio.
• Access is limited to your booked hours. Extra time is charged at the hourly rate.
• Outside catering is welcome.
• Keep noise reasonable for others in the building.
• Set changes (moving large props or altering the space) need approval in advance.
• Pets with prior approval, supervised at all times. Children supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please know where the fire exits and safety equipment are.

Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
The event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
