• No outside food or beverages permitted unless approved in writing prior to the event;
• Guests must comply with all directions from venue staff and management;
• Excessive intoxication, disorderly behaviour, or illegal activity will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue;
• Decorations must be approved by the venue prior to the event. No confetti, glitter, or items that may cause damage are permitted;
• Any damage caused to the venue, furniture, fixtures, or equipment during the booking will be charged to the booking holder;
• Furniture and venue layout must not be altered without prior approval from venue staff;
• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or service in accordance with responsible service of alcohol requirements;
• Access is limited to the reserved area and shared venue facilities unless otherwise agreed;
