Very disappointing, we’ve tried to contact the team by phone at least 6 times leaving voicemails and sent 4 emails which have had no response. I’ve been trying to organise my 40th birthday which has felt unnecessarily stressful and I will have to look elsewhere (with only 10 days to go) because I can’t get any response from anyone. I’m not sure what paying 15% service is for when so far there hasn’t been any.
