Beautifully decorated
Area was private but still felt part of the restaurant energy
Leon was great, really helpful in getting everything organised.
Staff were friendly and offered their congratulations on the engagement
Venue was accommodating on the day, sorted name cards etc
So this occasion was for a surprise engagement dinner, which i shared with the venue. Upon arrival the receptionist welcomed us asking whether we here for the engagement dinner?! Spoiling the whole surprise. My partner was holding a large bouquet of flowers so fairly obvious we were the hosts for the dinner. So weeks of planning spoilt, which was annoying
I told my guests to arrive at 7.30 whilst we due to arrive at 8.30. Apparently my guests were not offered drinks or anything , whilst waiting for us to arrive . They had to ask for bread, as I understand it.
There seemed to be limited waiters on the day , as it was quite difficult finding someone to make additional orders for drinks

We had a company event at Gaucho Piccadilly. First of all, upon arrival everything was beautifully arranged/set up and an entire crew took care for all our wishes. I have to congratulate the team for being extremely professional, responsive, helpful, considerate and friendly!
I rarely experienced a more beautiful and relaxing company event in a stunning location. The entire group was having a fantastic time and we will come back again. Thank you very much for a great experience and an unforgettable evening
