Location and quality of venue
We were not adequately directed to the room by the receptionist. It took some time, and a revisit to reception, to locate Room 12. This in no way reflects on the receptionist's professionalism.
Centrally located venue, with helpful staff.
Genuinely impressed, room was well appointed. Tea and biscuits were great and WiFi seemed good. Certainly fine for doing what I needed. Wouldn't hesitate to use again if needed and I very likely will
A conference / speaker phone would have been handy. The Mitel phone provided wasn't great when on speaker Bit of a rabbit warren to find the room. Wasn't an issue for me, but might be if you have lots of delegates coming.
Room was set up as expected - with teas, coffees etc.
It was a little complicated to access the meeting rooms from the reception on the ground floor of the building. Perhaps we should be warned to give your details in advance so I can ensure that all my attendees are aware of what to say.

We occupy meeting rooms on the 2nd and 6th floor where you will find all of the latest technology to make sure your meeting runs smoothly.
We are very aware that the current uncertainties affecting the UK, and indeed the world, are making planning meetings very difficult for you and your delegates.
