Absolutely fab venue, location, room, staff and catering. We will definitely be back if we need an external venue space again.
Not related to anyone on the landmark first floor itself as everyone was so helpful. However, the member of staff on the main building reception was incredibly rude and unhelpful, a lot of my colleagues commented on this as well. Just worth noting as I really hope this is not the welcome everyone receives when coming into the building and trying to get passes made up to get access to the first floor.

The Venue was lovely, very clean, and a great working environment. Their rooms were clean, and refreshments were already laid our for us when we got there. The location of the venue was great, it was a nice area and the staff on the ground floor were very helpful and accommodating. Our first greeting in landmark was very good, a girl on the front desk showed us to our room and our banners for the meeting were already in the room waiting for us. The communication with the venue on TagVenue was also very good. Augustyna was amazing all day, she was on hand to help with all issues that arose and she was very accommodating to all questions, she was very understanding, and her hard work was recognised and appreciated by all of our guests.
Some of the staff didn't seem to want to help, when Augustyna wasn't available, the other staff didn't know how to help with our technical issues and no one was there to help set up and show us how the camera works at the start. We had to take a break in the meeting to get help with the camera in the room that i was told 'didn't work' and had 'never been used' when really, it just wasn't plugged in meaning our meeting timings went off course. We also ordered a lunch for 12:40 which arrived at 1:10 pm because it wasn't delivered, thankfully Augustana recognised this and was super apologetic and quick to resolve the issue as best as she could.

Booked the Bloomsbury room for 25 with cabaret style layout of tables and chairs.
Really enjoyed this venue found it fit our group comfortably with enough space to not feel squashed.
Venue has a great lounge area which was great for people to relax in and have occasional breakaway conversations.
Facilities are clean and very well maintained, we didn't have any catering but were provided with ample coffee, tea and water. And also pens, notepads, flipcharts and projector.
Easy to connect to projector with HDMI.
Staff were very friendly and nice and definitely an asset to this venue, requests for additional chairs, temperature adjustment and help setting up laptop were all dealt with very quickly and in a genuinely friendly and supportive manner, thank you very much.
Will definitely use the venue again.
