location, most of services;
could not get coffee from the kettle - big issue; we had to wait until break to get service in to help us (kettle had an issue). the room is advertised for 6 people however it would not be able to fit 6 people (we were lucky that not all of them showed up)

the location, the view and everything tech wise was working very well
Because there are no doors, sometimes we could hear noise from outside which could be quite disruptive when presenting (i.e people in the corridor talking at the entrance of the bathrooms etc...)
