the location, the view and everything tech wise was working very well
Because there are no doors, sometimes we could hear noise from outside which could be quite disruptive when presenting (i.e people in the corridor talking at the entrance of the bathrooms etc...)

Someone should have come up with me and asked if I needed help with the AV Setup, I had to phone them to come up, but it would have been smoother if the person who came up with me would have also set the av screen up etc
