Priory House is a unique Grade II listed building in the heart of Dudley Town Centre, offering characterful and flexible spaces for meetings, conferences, training, creative activities, rehearsals, celebrations and community events.

Dating from the early-to-mid 19th century, this beautiful late Georgian building combines historic character with practical modern facilities. Original features include ornate plasterwork, decorative cornicing, Venetian windows, chandeliers and an impressive central staircase and glass dome.

Main Hall & Studio

Our spacious, light-filled studio offers a versatile space for dance, fitness, workshops, rehearsals, performances, creative sessions and group activities. The wider creative hub also includes a dedicated rehearsal room, creative areas and a digital space, with the option to combine spaces for larger projects and events.

Kitchen & Catering

Kitchen facilities are available to hirers, with refreshments and catering available to suit your requirements and budget. Priory House has already hosted catered events including wedding receptions and meetings for local organisations.

Meeting & Conference Room

The Blue Room is an adaptable meeting and training space for up to 25 delegates, suitable for meetings, workshops, presentations and conferences. It can be arranged in classroom, theatre or U-shape layouts and includes a plug-and-play TV screen and free Wi-Fi. Catering and refreshments can also be arranged.
