Welcome to Fox & Hounds, a beautiful, family-run coaching inn, and the perfect place for your fairy-tale wedding. Since the late 1800s the place has been a coaching inn and a traditional stopping point between Exeter and Barnstaple. Over the last 6 years it has been refurbished and now the award winning venue is considered to be one of the best wedding venues in North Devon.
The venue, located in Eggesford, North Devon, can be easily accessed from Exeter, Barnstaple and the M5. Fox & Hounds is set in 6 acres of picturesque gardens, rolling down to the shores of beautiful River Taw. The place, surrounded by wild grounds of Eggsford, is close to nature, giving you the unique opportunity to see pheasants, owls, siskins, woodpeckers and even deer.
