Welcome to The Forester... A lively, woman-run community pub on Burrow Road, perfectly placed on the border of Chigwell and Hainault.

Space & Capacity
Our open-plan layout comfortably hosts up to 150–200 guests for standing and dancing events, creating a buzzing atmosphere without losing that friendly pub vibe. We also have a fantastic, large beer garden, perfect for daytime or summer events.

Free Venue Hire & Celebrations
We love hosting life’s important moments and offer free venue hire for private functions, including birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, wakes, and funerals. You don't pay a penny for the space - we simply charge for any food, buffets, or custom decorations you would like us to provide!

The Bar & Menu
We pride ourselves on a top-tier drink menu designed to keep a busy crowd happy. We offer a premium selection of draught beers and ciders, a fully stocked spirits bar, an extensive range of minerals, and a creative cocktail menu.

Location, Parking & Transport Links
Getting to us is a breeze. We feature a convenient on-site car park for guests who prefer to drive.
For those using public transport, we are ideally located right between Hainault Station and Grange Hill Station on the Central Line, with multiple local bus routes stopping just moments from our doors.

Why Book With Us?
As a proudly woman-run venue, safety, inclusivity, and an amazing guest experience are at the heart of everything we do.
