Lifework Communities is set within Hartley Farm in Winsley, just a short drive from Bath and Bradford-on-Avon. It’s a converted barn and coworking spacesetup. The space works well for corporate conferences, strategy days, creative retreats, community gatherings, and celebrations.
The main barn is open plan and zoned so you can shape it around your event. Furniture can be moved to create presentation-style seating, networking layouts, breakout areas, or a more relaxed social setup. Upstairs, there’s a 300 m² mezzanine with high ceilings and skylights that bring in plenty of natural light. It’s been used for everything from team workshops and small conferences to yoga sessions, choir rehearsals, and fashion shows. It’s easy to keep things structured or let the space feel more free-flowing.
On the practical side, there’s super-fast private Wi-Fi, projector screens and monitors available on request, flip charts, and plenty of power points. The kitchen area includes tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, and a dishwasher. There are sofa areas, bar-style window seats overlooking the countryside, and quiet booths for smaller conversations or focused work.
