Bishopstrow Hotel & Spa is a countryside venue that works well for meetings and events, with The Library as the main space. It’s a Georgian room with lots of natural light coming through large sash windows overlooking the gardens. It suits board meetings, strategy sessions, private dining, or smaller conferences.
The room has plenty of character, but it’s still flexible. You can set it up boardroom, theatre, or for dining, depending on what you need, and it keeps a more private, contained feel.
If you need extra space, The Hideaway is a separate meeting room that works well alongside it. It can take larger groups for receptions or gatherings and is useful for presentations, training, or breakout sessions. It also has its own terrace and a few outdoor breakout huts, which are handy during longer days. Used together, the two spaces give you a simple setup for main sessions and smaller group work.
Outside of the meeting rooms, there are 30 acres of grounds, so there’s plenty of space for breaks, team activities, or drinks outside. If you’re staying over, there are individually styled bedrooms, a restaurant on site, and full leisure facilities including a spa, indoor and outdoor pools, and a tennis court, so it works well for multi-day events or retreats.
