This is a sustainably designed converted barn next to the award-winning Hartley Farm Café and Shop in Winsley, near Bradford on Avon in Wiltshire. It’s a bright, thoughtful space that still keeps its character, but feels clean and practical to use.

The layout is zoned to suit different ways of working, which also makes it really adaptable for events. Most of the furniture can be moved around, so you can reshape the room depending on your group size and what you’re hosting. There’s superfast broadband, a large projector screen, a central table for twelve, a bank of fixed desks, three quiet booths, bar-style window seats with wide sky views, and two sofa areas that can combine into one larger lounge space. There’s also a kitchen with tea and coffee facilities, a fridge and dishwasher, plus plenty of power sockets — great for workshops that need equipment.

We can arrange catering, and there’s free parking for you and your guests. It’s a flexible, well-set-up space that works just as well for meetings as it does for creative workshops or small events.
