A versatile event space located in the eclectic East Side, just minutes away from Downtown. We have a large event space, a green room/VIP room, gravel outdoor area and full coffee shop. Lots of natural lighting, concrete floors and an open ceiling make for an excellent blank canvas. From large installations to intimate corporate gatherings, our space is ready for you to make it your own.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
