About this space
We have a concrete floor, white blank walls, and an empty ceiling. There is a gallery wire hanging system in our largest room. A secondary room that can be used as a VIP Lounge or a Green Room. We also have a full coffee shop with machines, counter space and a large refrigerator. The coffee shop could also be used by catering staff as a event prep room. We do have a gravel lot next to the building that has been used for outdoor seating and food trucks in the past.
