Hertford Studios - Liability Waiver
This Liability Waiver ("Waiver") is made and entered into by and between Hertford Studios ("Studio") and the undersigned client ("Client").
1. Acknowledgment of Risk
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Studio's facilities, equipment, and props involves certain risks, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and loss. The Client accepts all such risks and agrees to use the Studio at their own risk.
2. Assumption of Liability
The Client agrees to assume full responsibility for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising out of their use of the Studio's facilities, equipment, and props. This includes but is not limited to, any injuries or damages caused by the Client’s own equipment or personal property.
3. Responsibility for Damage
The Client agrees to be fully responsible for any damage to the Studio's property, equipment, or props during the hire period. The Client will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged or lost items, as detailed in the Studio's Terms and Conditions.
4. Insurance
The Client agrees to carry their own insurance to cover any potential damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their use of the Studio. The Studio does not provide insurance coverage for the Client or their equipment.
5. CCTV Monitoring
The Client acknowledges that the premises are monitored by CCTV cameras both internally and externally for security purposes. By signing this Waiver, the Client consents to this surveillance.
6. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hertford Studios, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, and liabilities arising from or related to their use of the Studio's facilities and equipment.
7. Governing Law
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
