General
* Guests must be 18+ and may be asked to provide valid photo ID.
* Capacity limits must be adhered to at all times.
* Management reserves the right to remove guests whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate.
Decorations & Set-Up
* Decorations are permitted with prior approval.
* No nails, screws, pins or adhesives may be attached to walls, fixtures or furniture without prior agreement.
* Any external suppliers must be approved by the venue in advance.
Food & Drink
* No outside food or beverages may be brought into the venue without prior written agreement.
* Bespoke drinks packages can be arranged through the events team.
* Catering options may be available upon request.
Entertainment
* DJs, live performers and entertainment providers may be permitted subject to prior approval and venue specifications.
* All entertainment must comply with venue licensing requirements and sound restrictions.
Health & Safety
* Emergency exits and access routes must remain clear at all times.
* Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas.
* Guests are responsible for any damage caused to venue property during the event.
End of Event
* Events must conclude within agreed hire times.
* Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, damage or overrunning the agreed booking period.
