The Gallery Suites at the East Midlands Conference Centre comprise three light-filled, contemporary rooms—Gallery 1, 2, and 3—ideal for smaller meetings, breakout sessions, training days, or intimate networking events. Gallery 1 offers theatre-style seating for 50, classroom for 27, cabaret for 30, banquet for 36, boardroom for 28, and U-shape for 36; it also supports up to eight exhibition stands within its 77 m² space. Likewise, Gallery 2 mirrors this flexibility with identical capacity (50 theatre, 18 classroom, 30 cabaret) in a 76 m² area accommodating eight stands. Gallery 3, the smallest at around 75 m², suits more intimate gatherings—10 in U-shape or boardroom settings, up to 10 cabaret or dinner dance seats; it can also host approximately 10 exhibition stands. Each gallery is bathed in natural light and supported by high-speed Wi‑Fi, in-house AV capabilities, and portable display equipment—making them perfect for tech-enabled workshops, presentations, and collaborative sessions in a professional yet welcoming atmosphere.
