The Banqueting Suite at the East Midlands Conference Centre is an impressive and versatile space designed to accommodate large-scale events with style and ease. It spans up to 670 m² and can host up to 1,000 guests in theatre-style seating, 588 for formal banquets or dinner dances, and 360 in cabaret arrangement. The suite is naturally lit, supported by a dedicated AV technician, public address system, large presentation screens, and high-speed Wi‑Fi (up to 1 Gb). Separately, the suite can be subdivided into Halls A & B, each seating 400 theatre-style or 140 banquet-style and featuring breakout/exhibition stand capacity. Ideal for gala dinners, large exhibitions, receptions, and networking events, the Banqueting Suite offers a dynamic, professional atmosphere within a beautifully landscaped campus setting.
