The studio is a large rectangular rehearsal space with a light oak sprung floor and a full-height mirrored wall that receives daylight from a row of windows. The exposed concrete ceiling and suspended linear fixtures provide a high, industrial volume and even overhead light.

Room features: A PA system and speakers provide in-room playback for choreography and band work. Soundproofing and air conditioning allow loud, extended sessions while on-site Wi‑Fi and storage support running rehearsals and stowing props.
