About this space

A rectangular rehearsal studio with a high exposed ceiling, white-painted walls and a dark resilient performance floor. Large windows along one side provide steady daylight while suspended fixtures supply even artificial illumination.

Room features: A built-in PA and speaker system supplies playback and amplification for sessions. Soundproofing, on-site Wi-Fi, air conditioning and dedicated storage support sustained use and equipment set-up.

Best for: Dance, movement and choreography work, plus photography and film shoots that require an adaptable open studio.

What sets it apart: A full-height mirrored wall runs the length of one side and enables clear self-observation.
