About this space

This meeting room accommodates up to six people and is available to book from 9 am to 5 pm. The space features a modern design with light pink walls and an accent wall with a colourful leaf pattern in tones of orange, yellow, and green. It is furnished with a large white table and comfortable pink chairs on a patterned rug over a wood-style floor.

For your presentations and meetings, the room is equipped with a large HD screen with an HDMI connection and available adapters for easy plug-and-play use. A whiteboard with pens and fast WiFi are also provided for your convenience.

During your booking, you can help yourself to complimentary tea and coffee. If you prefer, a serviced option with tea, coffee, and biscuits can be arranged for an additional £5 per person. Full catering services are also available and can be booked after you have made your reservation. An on-site team is available to assist you if needed.

The hire cost is £60 per hour, plus VAT.

Please take note of the cancellation policy: A full refund is provided for cancellations made more than seven days in advance. If you cancel between two and seven days before your booking, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than two days before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
