1. Our meeting rooms are available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
2. The electronic equipment and amenities listed above are all included within the room rate.
3. No deposit is required.
4. 71-75 is a Business Centre with permanent licensees throughout the building, please be respectful and considerate of the space.
5. Please comply with any/all instructions given by members of staff.

Our three contemporary cycling-themed Meeting Rooms are equipped with videoconferencing, electronic whiteboard, ClickShare wireless presentation technology, drinks & refreshments, plenty of light and soundproofing. All our guests are provided with 10Gb superfast internet, combined air conditioning and fresh air installations, bicycle storage, lockers, changing facility & showers.
The building also benefits from a modern reception area, communal breakout space with a fully equipped kitchen, easy access to central London establishments & amenities and plenty more.
