About this space

This spacious meeting room can comfortably seat up to 10 people around a large, white U-shaped table. The room has a bright and energetic feel, with yellow walls and a bold, red feature wall covered in a tropical leaf and floral print. It’s furnished with comfortable, yellow-upholstered chairs and features a modern, patterned carpet.

The room is fully equipped for presentations and video calls. It includes a large HD screen with an HDMI connection and adapters, as well as a Yealink wide-angle camera for video conferencing. You'll also find a large whiteboard with pens and fast, reliable WiFi.

Help yourself to complimentary tea and coffee during your meeting. For a small charge of £5 per person, you can upgrade to a serviced option that includes biscuits. If you need more substantial catering, that can be arranged once your booking is confirmed. Our on-site team is always on hand to help with any requests.

This room is available to book between 9 am and 5 pm at a rate of £100 per hour plus VAT.

Regarding cancellations, you can receive a full refund if you cancel more than a week in advance. A 50% refund is offered for cancellations made between two and seven days' notice. If you cancel less than two days before your booking, the fee is non-refundable.
