About this space

This 8-person meeting room is available to book from 9 am to 5 pm at a rate of £100 per hour plus VAT. It includes an HD screen with HDMI connection and adapters, along with a Yealink videoconferencing camera suitable for wide-angle video meetings. The AV setup is plug-and-play.

A large whiteboard with pens is provided, and high-speed WiFi is available. Guests can access self-serve tea and coffee during their booking. A serviced option with tea, coffee, and biscuits is available at £5 per person and can be arranged after the booking is made. Catering options are also available on request after confirming the reservation.

The room features a long white meeting table surrounded by eight upholstered chairs in soft pink. The walls include a colourful floral-patterned feature wall and simple framed prints. The floor is fitted with dark wood-style flooring and a patterned rug under the table. There is overhead lighting and a mounted screen beneath the ceiling panel.

The cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancelled more than 7 days in advance, a 50% refund if cancelled between 2 and 7 days before, and no refund for cancellations made less than 2 days prior. An on-site team is available to assist during the day.
